Fried Chicken Legs

Remove the bones of the chicken legs, chop the meaty areas a few times and then cut into pieces

Tips:
1. Sweet potato starch has a good taste after being fried. If not, use breadcrumbs as well;
2. When frying food at home, use a small and deep pot to reduce the amount of oil as much as possible.
