Fried Chicken Nuggets

Wash the chicken, drain the water, chop into lumps, and put it in a container.

Mix in salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, salt and pepper powder and a little cornstarch, and marinate for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 egg.

Stir evenly with chopsticks, do not add water.
