Fried Chicken Steak with Private Sauce

Prepare ingredients

Wash the chicken breasts to control the moisture and use a knife to slice them into 3 slices.

Use the back of a knife to loosen each piece

Sprinkle in black pepper basil and the sauce and knead gently and marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour

After marinating, pat the starch evenly and shake off the excess powder
