Fried Chicken Wings with Fermented Bean Curd

Thaw chicken wings, rinse well, and wipe dry.

Spread the chicken wings with fermented bean curd, sugar, cooking wine and chicken powder, put them in a bag, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger, garlic and shallots.

Fry the chicken wings on both sides, add water and cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Serve until the juice thickens slightly.
