Fried Chicken with Fermented Bean Curd
1.
Remove the bones of the chicken legs, divide the meat into four pieces, and do not need to remove the skin. If you don’t like the skin, just remove it.
2.
I bought green onion powder and garlic powder online, fermented bean curd juice and black pepper powder
3.
Put the condiments into the chicken thighs, grab well, and let stand for half an hour.
4.
Stir the two eggs well, put the bread crumbs in a basin, and then you can syrup.
5.
Dip the chicken thighs with bread crumbs-egg liquid-bread crumbs-egg liquid in turn.
6.
Heat the oil to 80% heat, and put the chicken thighs in the pot.
7.
Fry the chicken until golden brown and remove.
8.
Preheat the oven at 230 degrees for 5 minutes
9.
Put the chicken thighs on greased paper and put it in the oven at 230 degrees for 10 minutes.
10.
After roasting, cut the chicken thighs into pieces and put them on a plate. You can put some salad tomato sauce on top.
Tips:
I suggest you choose chicken breast, because I can only see what is in the refrigerator and use it. You don't need bread crumbs because the surface will be battered, which will affect the appearance. You can directly use flour instead of bread crumbs, and you can add a small spoon of baking powder inside. I like fried chicken with raw onions, which can improve the flavor and relieve the greasiness.
