Fried Chili with Egg

4 sharp peppers cleaned

Remove the stems but not the seeds, cut one piece into 6 or 7 portions

Cut into fingernail-sized dices

Knock two eggs into a bowl, beat them up and set aside

Tips:
This kind of sharp pepper has a thick skin and only a little spicy. I personally feel that if the seeds are removed, the spiciness is really gone. If you fry the seeds together, you can still have a bit of chili flavor; the minced garlic is very flavorful, Stir fry a few times and it will come out.
