Fried Clam Meat with Loofah
                            
                                1.
                                Shallots, chopped green onions and spare

                                Peel the loofah, wash and cut into slices

                                Prepare the clam meat

                                Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant

                                Add loofah and stir fry

                                Add clam meat and stir fry
                                    
                            
                            
                                7.
                                Add in Weijixian soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add some salt and stir-fry until it is out
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                The loofah must be made fresh or the nutrients will be lost.
