Fried Clams

Prepare the ingredients, wash the clams, chop the green onion, and slice ginger and garlic. I forgot to take this photo.

Heat up a pan, pour a little oil, and fry the ginger and garlic for a nice aroma.

Add the clams and stir fry for a while.

Add the clams and fry for a while, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, add a little water, and fry until the clams open.

Tips:
Buy clams and soak them in salt water to spit out the sand.
