Fried Clams with Onions

Ingredients: clams (washed after spitting out the sand), onions (washed and cut open), chives

Put the clams that have been spit out and washed in the sand into a pot of water, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Blanch it to the opening and remove it.
