Fried Cod

Cut the cod into sections, marinate with white onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, cooking wine, and pepper for about 20 minutes to remove the fishy smell. (You can add a small amount of lime juice to remove the taste and freshness, and also keep the cod fish fresh and tender)

Heat the frying pan, add a small amount of oil, and add the cod when the oil temperature rises.

Slowly fry on low heat, sprinkle with white pepper and salt and pepper when both sides are cooked.

Add mint leaves to decorate when serving.
