Fried Cod with Garlic
1.
Defrost the cod in the microwave for 6 minutes, take it out and wash and set aside; cut the lemon into thick slices and set aside
2.
Garlic smashed and chopped for later use
3.
Turn the induction cooker on a medium heat of 1200W, two big lumps of butter, add the same amount of olive oil after it has melted.
4.
Use a spatula to mix the garlic and stir-fry evenly, and fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds
5.
1. Do not stir after the fish is placed. Cover the lid and simmer for 30 seconds; 2. Open the lid and use a spatula to turn the cod over, cover the lid and simmer for 30 seconds; 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 once; 4. Adjust the heat to a minimum of 120W, open the lid and mix the garlic and fish together, cover and simmer for 1 minute; then turn it over and simmer for another minute
6.
Serve on the plate, put lemon, sprinkle with black pepper, squeeze the lemon according to personal taste and enjoy (I squeezed it all, it’s super cool)
Tips:
Simple and easy to use, the cod must be fresh! The reason for not adding salt is because the cod itself will have a bit of salty taste. You can substitute cooking oil without olive oil, but olive oil is healthier!
