Fried Corn Beans

Wash cowpea and cut into sections

Put water in a pot, add salt to a boil, add the beans and cook for 2 minutes, remove the cold water

Wash the baby corn
4.
Cut diagonally into sections
5.
Put oil in the pan, add the corn shoots and stir fry
6.
Add the beans and stir fry
7.
Season with salt, add flavor to the cooking wine, stir-fry well and take it out of the pot
