Fried Corn with Shrimp
1.
Prepare the ingredients, peel the carrots, wash the cooked corn and take the kernels, and blanch the peas. After thawing the frozen shrimp you bought, carefully clean the shrimp thread and rinse it off repeatedly.
2.
Dice carrots, dice ham meat, and pickled red cabbage, so you don’t need to cut it.
3.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the diced carrots and stir-fry until the diced carrots become soft.
4.
Add the shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp changes color.
5.
Add peas, red cabbage and corn kernels, stir fry, add salt, sugar, pepper and light soy sauce to taste.
6.
Take out the pan and serve. I also steamed corn wowo, which is a perfect match for this dish.
Tips:
1. In addition to the main ingredients, the ingredients are arbitrary, and you don't need to mix so many at one time. I just didn't finish eating these few dishes. By the way, I matched them together.
2. A homemade stir-fry with meat and vegetables. You can also fry shrimps first, then fry carrots after taking it out. The method is arbitrary, and the seasoning is adjusted according to your favorite taste.
