Fried Crispy Cashew Nuts with Yam

Peel the yam and cook in a pot under cold water

Boil the sweet beans in a pot and blanch the water for 1 minute, then remove the cold water

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 5 minutes
