Fried Cucumber Slices with Pleurotus Eryngii

Main ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii and cucumber.

Wash and slice cucumbers.
3.
Wash and slice pleurotus eryngii.
4.
Bring water to a boil, add pleurotus eryngii to blanch, remove and set aside.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Add pepper sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cucumber slices.

Tips:

2. Cucumbers should not be fried for a long time, just cut off.
