Fried Dandelion

1. Wash the dandelion sprouts, tear the larger one with your hands, and use the smaller one directly.

2. Shred ginger and slice garlic.

3. Mix the processed dandelion with flour.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

5. Put the mixed dandelion and turn it with chopsticks for a few minutes.
