Spring is the season of blooming flowers. The dandelions that clear away heat and detoxify are now blooming. I picked some dandelions and matched them with soothing lily petals, and boiled a bowl of simple and light heat-removing soup.

Lily and Dandelion Egg Soup

1. The dandelion has flowers, and the flowers and leaves are washed separately.

2. Put oil in the pan and fry the chives

3. Add a bowl of soup and a little salt to boil

4. Put in dandelion leaves

5. After boiling, beat the eggs and pour into egg cutlets

6. Put the dandelion flower in again, and the egg can be set to turn off the heat

7. Put it into a bowl and add lily petals. Light soup for clearing away heat and detoxification

Tips:

In order to look better, I chose dandelion with flowers, even without it.
