Fried Double Mushroom with Egg

Prepare raw materials;

Put the eggs in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of salt to beat them;

Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and put the egg liquid into it;

After the egg liquid is fried until the shape is finalized, shovel it into small pieces and serve;

Put a little oil in the pot, add carrots and stir fry;

Stir out the red oil slightly, add the prepared double mushrooms and stir fry;

Stir-fry the double mushrooms and cook for a minute or two, add salt and pepper to taste;

Add eggs and stir fry a few times;

Add the shallots before serving, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat;

Put it into a bowl.
