Fried Dried Fish

Take out the air-dried fish, wash and drain the water, or wipe dry with kitchen paper, chop ginger and garlic for later use;

Pour a little more oil into the pot;
3.
Pour the oil into the dried fish;
4.
Stir fry over low heat and turn yellow and fry;
5.
Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence and stir fry for color;
6.
Pour in the dried chili and continue to stir-fry evenly out of the pan;
Tips:
1. Drain the water in order to reduce the risk of oil splashing and fry the dried fish faster;
2. The dried fish has a salty taste, mainly with the amount of salty condiments;
