Fried Dry Noodles

One spoonful of shacha sauce on the cut tenderloin, a little cornstarch, and the oil, set aside.

Wash the bean sprouts and set aside.
3.
Boil the water with a little oil to boil the dry noodles.
4.
Remove the cooked dry noodles out of controlled dry water for later use.
5.
Fry the tenderloin with oil in a hot pan until the color changes.
6.
Add bean sprouts and stir fry twice or three times, and season with a little salt.
7.
Put the hot noodles into the pot.
8.
Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pan.
