Home-cooked Fried Noodles
1.
Beat the eggs, add chopped green onion, and fry. Cut into small pieces with a spatula and serve.

Slice the lean meat and marinate with a little light soy sauce

Wash small bean sprouts, drain and set aside

Put the dry noodles in the pot, cook until 7 is mature, remove and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the green onions, and sauté until fragrant.

Add lean meat and stir fry until broken

Pour in bean sprouts and continue to stir fry
