Fried Dry Radish

1. Prepare ingredients: Wash dry radish.

2. Dice upland radish.

3. Diced pork skin (I cooked the skin of pork in advance, cut it into small dices, and put them in the refrigerator in several portions, which is more convenient).

4. Put oil in the pot and sauté the star anise onion and ginger.

5. Pour in dry radish and stir fry.

6. Pour in the diced pork skin and continue to stir fry.

7. Pour in soy sauce to color, add a pinch of salt.

8. Add clean water and boil for a while. Dry radishes will not be cooked well and will take longer.

9. The soup is almost cooked when it is collected.
