The radish in winter has become the darling, and all kinds of collocations are often eaten and new. Flammulina velutipes is a favorite of the family. It is cooked together with radishes. It is nutritious and healthy, and has many benefits.

Enoki Mushroom and Radish

1. Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them

2. Wash dry radish and cut into strips

3. Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, and stir-fry the dry radish in the pan

4. Stir-fry enoki mushrooms

5. Stir-fry with soy sauce

6. Add white sugar and stir-fry evenly, add a little water, cover the pot and cook for a while

7. Add salt and fry evenly, turn off the heat after the soup is closed on high heat, serve and enjoy
