Fried Duck Eggs with Mustard Oil and Beans

Ingredients: Carob (picked, washed and cut), mustard slices, duck eggs.

Beat the duck eggs into egg liquid.

Boil the oiled beans in a pot of clear water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces.

Then, add the blanched beans and mustard slices and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
