Fried Duck with Mushrooms

Slice the duck breast and marinate for a while with ginger, garlic, oil, and salt.

Wash the mushrooms.

Cut the mushrooms in half and shred the peppers.
4.
Start the frying pan and stir-fry the duck meat.
5.
When the duck is mature, stir-fry the mushrooms together.
6.
Sip some water along the side of the pot and simmer. After the mushrooms and duck are cooked, add salt and season with light soy sauce.
