Fried Dumplings

Knead the dough in warm water, knead it into a smooth dough, and let it rise for 20 minutes.

Roll the proofed dough into strips and cut into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cool oil. After the oil is hot, add the dumplings and fry until the bottom is golden. Add water to cover one third of the dumplings, cover the pot and heat over medium-to-low heat.
