Fry it in a pan at breakfast. The bottom is browned and crispy. It makes a crackling sound. It is very enjoyable.

Fried Dumplings with Ice Flower

1. I bought the dumplings, just take them out, no need to defrost

2. Add salt and water to the cornstarch and mix well. Do not pinch the salt with two fingers.

3. Heat some oil in the nonstick pan

4. Put the dumplings directly into the pan and fry until the bottom is formed

5. Then pour in starch water, cover with medium heat and fry slowly. Stir the starch water before pour it in, otherwise the starch will sink to the bottom

6. After 2 minutes, turn to low heat and fry slowly for 5-7 minutes. Open the lid until the water in the dumplings has evaporated, and you can turn off the heat when you see the oily state of the dumplings.

7. Shake the pot slightly, find a large plate to cover the dumplings and flip them quickly, and the dumplings are placed on the plate as a whole

Tips:

In the choice of pot, choose a thick-bottomed pot. The thick-bottomed pot is heated more evenly, and the temperature of frying dumplings is relatively stable.
