Fried Dumplings with Sauerkraut

A bag of frozen dumplings

Glutinous rice balls coated with cornstarch
3.
Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 70% hot

Into the pot

Fry until golden and pour out

Add sauerkraut
7.
Add the shallots
Tips:
The glutinous rice balls are coated in flour because they won’t stick together when they are put in the oil pan. They need to be fried for a while, otherwise they will be cooked on the outside but raw inside
