Fried Dumplings with Shrimp [master Kong Teaches Cooking]

Carrots are peeled and chopped; black fungus is soaked and chopped; shiitake mushrooms are removed and chopped.

Chop fresh shrimps.

Add 5 grams of salt to the shrimp and 1 egg.

Add 10 ml of sesame sesame oil.

Make a small bowl of thin flour and water (flour: water = 1:10).
