Fried Edamame with Dried Radish

Soak the dried radishes in water for 15 minutes to remove excessive salt

Edamame peeled and cleaned
3.
Diced radish after soaking
4.
Boil half a pot of water, pour in edamame

Boil on high heat for 5~6 minutes until the edamame is broken, pick up

Pour into ice water to cool

Pick up and drain the water
8.
Put a little more oil in the pan, pour in the radish and stir fry until dry

Pour the edamame and stir fry slowly over medium and low heat until the edamame starts to become wrinkled

Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly
11.
Add sugar and continue to cook slowly
12.
Until the edamame and dried radish are fried to dryness
