Fried Edamame with Mustard Pork Tongue

Ingredients: edamame (washed), shredded mustard, cooked pork tongue

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Unpack the mustard shreds and pour it into the pan, set aside.

Put the cooked pork tongue on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the panned edamame and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and cook until the edamame is cooked and soft.

Then, stir-fry shredded mustard tuber and cut cooked pork tongue.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pan and serve.
