Fried Edamame with Onion

Ingredients: edamame, onion (cleaned and cut), cooked pork belly (cut)

Peel the edamame and wash it.

Then, put the washed edamame into a pot of clean water, boil until cooked, and remove.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cooked pork belly and onion, and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry until cooked.

Next, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.
7.
Then, add an appropriate amount of bamboo salt.
8.
Saute and stir well, serve.
