Fried Eel

One section of eel, about 350g, defrost and wash.

Cut the eel segments into small pieces, add salt, xylitol, and monosodium glutamate in turn, stir well, marinate for 20 minutes, and set aside.

Take out the marinated eel cubes, add sweet potato powder and stir well.

Turn on the fire, add a certain amount of cooking oil to the pot, wait until the oil temperature reaches 70%, add the marinated eel cubes, and fry them until they are ready. After two minutes, re-fry them once!
