Fried Egg Cake

1. Prepare raw materials;

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and beat evenly;

3. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add the beaten egg liquid;

4. After frying until the shape is set, use chopsticks to break it into pieces and serve it for later use;

5. Put a little oil in the pan, and fry the cake strips first;

6. Put in the freshly scrambled eggs and stir fry twice;

7. Add the prepared lettuce and stir fry;

8. After the lettuce changes color slightly, add some salt and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly;

9. Put it into a bowl.

Tips:

1. Add some salt to the eggs for the seasoning, then put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan (the amount of oil can be slightly larger), fry the eggs until they are shaped, and then serve for use;

2. When frying the pancakes, only a small amount of oil is needed in the pan (if there is still oil left during frying, you don't need to add oil). First, fry the pancakes to make the pancakes crisper;

3. Pour in the fried egg cubes, and finally put in the lettuce. After the lettuce is slightly discolored, you can add salt and other seasonings. When the lettuce is cooked evenly, the lettuce will be cooked, so you don't need to stir it for too long.
