Fried Egg Dumplings

Leftover dumplings

Add a small amount of salt to the egg mixture and stir well

Add bottom oil to the pot
4.
When it is warm, put the dumplings on top and fry them slowly for a while

Then pour the egg liquid into the pot, as shown in the figure

Cover the pot, low heat, and simmer for a while

Separate the dumplings and use a spatula

Then put it on a serving plate and sprinkle with your favorite sauce.
