Fried Egg Noodles

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a small spoonful of salt

Add oil to the pan and cook until 70% hot, add the beaten egg and fry

Fry the eggs until golden on both sides and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add the noodles after the water is boiled
5.
Wash the scoop white and cut it open.
6.
Put the ladle in the pot and cook with the noodles, add a half tablespoon of salt, and cook for a minute or two.
7.
Serving the noodles after cooking

Add the fried eggs and it's ready to eat.
