Fried Egg Wonton
1.
Start with the dough first. Of course, if you are lazy, you can also buy ready-made wonton wrappers. I still like to make it myself. The dough is made with 500 grams of flour and 280 grams of water, which is slightly softer than dumpling noodles.
2.
Chop the pork into puree. When the meat is almost finished, chop the green onion and ginger into the meat at the same time.
3.
Add pepper, salt, chicken powder, oil, oyster sauce to the meat
4.
Mix well into wonton filling
5.
The dough is good, roll it into a big pancake
6.
Divide into small pieces. Of course, what kind of wonton you like to pack, you can divide it into pieces
7.
I like the rectangular pasta. Put the meat in this way, fold it in half and pinch it tightly, and just bend the two sides together.
8.
Pack as needed
9.
Coat a small frying pan with oil, put in small wontons, and fry slowly
10.
Flip on both sides
11.
Beaten eggs
12.
Fry for about 5 minutes, the skin of the small wontons is slightly charred, and evenly pour the egg liquid into the gaps of the small wontons
13.
Until the egg mixture is cooked through, sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
14.
I added some soy sauce vinaigrette. It’s better according to your preference, it’s a bit spicy and more delicious
15.
Just put it on when you eat it
Tips:
When frying the wontons, they should be fried slowly on a low heat to avoid not being cooked thoroughly. If the heat is strong, you can pour some water in, and put the egg mixture after frying.
