Fried Eggplant with Fish Flavor

Cut the eggplant into cubes and heat it in the microwave for two minutes, so that the eggplant will be easier to stew softly and the eggplant will absorb less oil.

Green peppers, shiitake mushrooms, fatty meat, garlic "dried dried shrimp and chili".
