Fried Eggplant with Xiuzhen Mushroom

Ingredients: Xiuzhen mushroom (washed), eggplant (washed and cut)

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut eggplant and Xiuzhen mushrooms, stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until the eggplant is cooked and soft.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Stir-fry well and serve.
