Fried Eggs with Sauce

Beat 2 eggs into a small bowl

Mixed sauce: use 10ml+6g soft white sugar with 4D soy sauce (or light soy sauce), and stir evenly with egg soy sauce

In a saucepan, heat the cooking oil and add eggs. Don't flip. Change to low heat and fry slowly until golden all around

Add the sauce, simmer for 1 minute
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving
