Standing in the kitchen, knocking out the eggshells, carefully pour the eggs into the hot oil, fry them, and pour the sauce. This Chinese style of eating makes the fried eggs fragrant. This is my Bruch. Two omelettes for a couple in a winter, the picture is moving.

The 2 eggs are a couple version, just follow the recipe.

Give the child one amount, so I will halve my formula. Become: 1 egg, 5ml 4D soy sauce or light soy sauce, 3g sugar, appropriate amount of shallots and sesame.

For a family of 3, it's okay to make three eggs together, as long as there is a large enough pan, everything is not a problem!

You can choose the type of oil used for omelette according to your own taste. Peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil or olive oil.

I use sunflower oil. For so many years, I always feel that peanut oil will block the aroma of dishes. for reference only

1. Beat 2 eggs into a small bowl

2. Mixed sauce: use 10ml+6g soft white sugar with 4D soy sauce (or light soy sauce), and stir evenly with egg soy sauce

3. In a saucepan, heat the cooking oil and add eggs. Don't flip. Change to low heat and fry slowly until golden all around

4. Add the sauce, simmer for 1 minute
