Fried Enoki Mushroom

Prepare the ingredients, cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them into thin slices and wash them for later use.

Stir the flour and eggs well and add a little salt.

Put the enoki mushrooms in the flour liquid and go over it.

Add oil to the pan, add the enoki mushrooms in the oil and fry them, and remove them when the enoki mushrooms are slightly yellow.

Heat the oil in the pan until it gets hotter, add the enoki mushrooms again and fry it again to make the enoki mushrooms more crispy.

Control oil, remove and serve. It can be eaten with tomato sauce or cumin powder, crunchy and super delicious.
