Fried Enoki Mushroom with Soybean Sprouts

Soy bean sprouts go to the roots and wash, soak in cold water for 5 minutes, remove and drain the water.

Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

The enoki mushrooms are blanched in the pot and drained.

Pick up the frying pan, put the green peppers in the pan and serve after the oil.

From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the soybean sprouts.

Stir-fry until the bean sprouts collapse slightly, and fry the enoki mushrooms.

Stir-fry green peppers.
8.
Stir-fry with salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
This dish is light and refreshing, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
