Fried Eryngii Mushrooms with Pepper Sauce

Main and auxiliary ingredients: eryngii mushrooms, pepper sauce

Wash eryngii mushrooms and cut into strips

Boil water in a pot, add eryngii mushrooms and blanch them

Remove and drain

Heat oil, add pepper sauce, sauté until fragrant

Tips:
1. In order to highlight the taste of pepper sauce, it is not advisable to add green onion, ginger, and garlic to enhance the taste
2. When blanching pleurotus eryngii, simmer for 1 minute on high heat.
