Fried Faucet Fish

Ingredients: Salted dragon head fish.

Soak the salted dragon head fish with water and a little cooking wine for about 1 hour.

Then clean it repeatedly. Drain the water and set aside.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add spare faucet fish and fry.
5.
Fry until golden on both sides and serve.
6.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The soaking time is just as long as the fish body becomes soft.
2. Be sure to rinse it several times, only a slight salty taste will do.
