Roasted Dragon Head Fish

Wash, remove internal organs, and cut into sections. Add minced ginger. Sugar. soy sauce. rice wine. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan with oil. Lead fish into the pot. Half a spoon of salt. rice wine. Add water.

Add pickles. Cover the pot. Cook for one minute. Add a little chicken essence. Out of the pot.
Tips:
Soy sauce must be added before marinating. This is more delicious.
