Fried Fish

Wash the small fish with water

Use your fingernail to pinch a hole in the belly of the fish, squeeze the fish's entrails from the mouth, wash it, and drain the water.

Add cooking wine, white pepper, salt and marinate for about half an hour

Pour in cornstarch and mix well

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, use chopsticks to pick up the small fish, put them into the oil pot one by one

Fry until golden, remove and drain the oil

Just install it
Tips:
If you like spicy flavor, add some chili powder
