Fried Fish

Wash the small fish and remove their internal organs.

Add salt, cooking wine, green onions, ginger, garlic and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour oil and heat.

Put the marinated fish in the pan and fry until it turns yellow, turning it carefully.
5.
Start the pan when it is golden brown.
Tips:
Don't turn it frequently, it will damage the fish skin.
