Fried Fish Balls

It is best to grind the fish meat twice with a meat grinder. Add salt and sugar and grab it by hand, then beat until the fish is glued.

Prepare ginger, onion and garlic, and a bowl of sauce made with oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and water

Boil a pot of about 90 degrees of water in the pot, as the bottom of the pot is covered with small blisters, but it doesn’t boil.

Dip some water to squeeze out the fish balls, dip a spoon into the water and spoon the squeezed out fish balls into the pot

Add oil in a hot pan, add more oil to 90% heat, and stir-fry the cooked fish balls

Tips:
1. Don't boil the water when boiling fish balls, the cooked fish balls will get old;
2. To squeeze the fish balls, the hands and the spoon are soaked in water to prevent sticking.
