Fried Fish Cakes with Celery and Shrimp

Dice the fish cakes, soak the dried shrimps in water and remove the shells for later use.

Dice celery, dice red pepper, dice ginger and garlic, diced green onion and set aside.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic.

Add dried fish cakes and shrimps, add cooking wine to stir-fry the fish cakes and the yellow shrimps to taste.

Pour celery and stir fry.

Add red pepper and stir fry.
7.
Add salt, oyster sauce and chicken powder, add a little water and stir well.
8.
Finally, add chopped green onion and stir well to serve.
Tips:
Dried prawns and fish cakes have a taste, so salt should be used as appropriate when cooking.
