Fried Fish Cubes with Pickled Peppers

Prepare the fish and wash it.

Add cooking wine, salt, ginger and five-spice powder.

Mix well and marinate.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add fish meat.

Add some pickled peppers.

Tips:
1. Add seasonings to marinate the fish in advance to make the fish more delicious.
2. Pickled peppers and kimchi have saltiness. Don't add too much salt when marinating fish.
